The standard delivery time is between 3-4 weeks from the date of your purchase.

As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email including your order number. Once your order is packed up and ready to go, we will send you a second email to let you know that the order is on its way to you! 

 

We ship orders from Monday to Friday (9am-4pm CET) with exception of Norwegian National Holidays. The delivery time vary depending on the destination country and delivery method.

 

Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

 

Customs, duties & taxes

 

When ordering from yasselllopez.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. 

 

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Norway may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; YASSELL LOPEZ has no control over these charges, nor can YASSELL LOPEZ predict what they may be.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Important Note 

 

We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund.

 

Returns

 

YASSELL LOPEZ has a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back for a refund. Please contact us by email to yasselllopez@outlook.com including your order number before returning any items.

 

Returns Process:

  • Pack your order in the original shipping box, or equivalent. Close the box and tape it securely. Fill out the return-form sent to you and put this along with the product. It is important that you write down your order number, name, e-mail and reason for the return.

 

  • Find the return-shipping label that you received from us and paste it on the outside of the package. Deliver it at your local post office. If the return label for some reason is not included in your package, please contact us by email at yasselllopez@outlook.com

 

  • Please note that it is your responsibility to notify your local authorities about the return, reliving you of any duties or taxes for the item(s) you do not wish to keep. 

 

  • Once we have received your return safe and sound, your refund will be credited to the same payment method from which the order was originally paid. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the return for the balance to update. 

 

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of your handling of the goods more than was necessary. This decision is under the sole discretion of YASSELL LOPEZ.

Due to hygienic factors certain selected items that are tried on/taken out of their original packing will not be accepted as returns.
